The first combined ski and snowboard free style competition in Pamporovo came to an end.

More than 130 were the participants who wanted to join the first combined competition for skiing and snowboarding in Pamporovo - Freestyle open 2010, which held on 19th, 20th and 21th of February. After qualifications to the finals were ranked 32 of the best for the last few years in Bulgaria free style skiers and snowboarders.
The subjects were Half pipe, night Big air and free Slop style, the cash prize was 2400 BGN and many other prizes. Throughout the competition the good mood was kept by the musicians Spens, D-flow, Krisko, DJ Lite, DJ Jony, DJ PhaseOne. 60 participants dared to attack the 13 meter jump (Big air) at the night of 20 February . Jury classified participants according two criteria - the best trick and highest jump. First in men's snowboard was 16 years old Joro Georgiev (Little Black) from Smolyan, and first in women was Theodora Damianova, 25 years from Sofia.
The first place of the skiiers took Nikolay Naydenov, 27 form Sofia , and Desislava Chetieva, 24 years old, from Smolyan. In children first became Peter Gyosharkov - 13 years from Samokov. Next to the big 13 meter jump organizers had built two facilities of 7 and 4 miters height, all jumping and Half pipe facilities will remain for free use by all guests of Pamporovo during the next two weeks. The snow cover is still more than two meters and all ski slopes in the resort are well treated and open. From the mountain rescue service informed, because its landscape in Pamporovo there is no avalanche risk.
