Our bikes are Brand new 2010 Kawasaki ER-6f.   Comfortable to ride and loads of power in the 650cc Twin.  There are very few Motorways in Bulgaria, the main one being between the two major cities of Sofia and Plovdiv.   We only travel these to get you to and from our resort in the mountain so most of the roads we travel on the bikes are full of bends and made for biking.

We have top boxes on the bikes which makes it comfortable for a pillion passenger and enough space to carry “overnight” gear rather than using a backpack – though we have backpacks available if you have to carry extra clothing.

Our standard tour is for 3 days and 2 nights in Greece.   We travel from Chepelare, to Smolyan then take the new Tourist route to the border crossing and on to the coast.

We vary the stay depending on the time of year and the weather, and choose the most comfortable options in respect of hotels and riding.

We will advise you of the temperatures before you arrive – we email clients before they leave to make sure everything is arranged and give an indication of current weather conditions.   This means you can bring the appropriate riding gear but in general terms – its very warm though in the mountains we don’t have the same stifling temperatures as in the lower areas.   And of course by the coast in Greece, the sea breezes are wonderful.

We supply the head gear.   We have “Flip” lids for those that prefer them or “Full Face” .   We do also supply tinted visors for those that want them but sunglasses are a better option with the “Flip” lids.   We will ask you your preference for style and size of helmet when we confirm your booking.  If you need us to supply any further safety equipment such as Boots or Jackets, please let us know and we will confirm what is available.   Most people prefer to bring their own equipment as its more comfortable.
